About Program
The regular credit requirement of the MBA degree is 60 credits. However, participants having sufficient job experience/4 years BBA degree will be required to earn credit hours ranging between 36 and 48. Moreover, there are ample opportunities for part-time jobs and internship placement facilities for the students to the different sponsor’s partner organizations including banks, financial institutions, garments and pharmaceutical companies, etc.
MBA Program
The MBA program has been designed to enrol participants from various backgrounds in the evening session. The regular credit requirement of the MBA degree is 60 credits. However, participants having sufficient job experience/4 years BBA degree will be required to earn credit hours ranging between 36 and 48. There are 3 (Three) trimesters in a year, January-April (Spring), May–August (Summer), and September-December (Fall). The course work is spread over foundation courses, core courses, and major courses (12 credits), and a non-credit internship program. We offer major courses in Marketing, Human Resource Management (HRM), and Finance, Banking & Insurance area. The MBA program is intended to ensure that our graduates have the essential and comprehensive qualities, such as:
- Be prepared with the latest disciplinary and interdisciplinary business and management knowledge with digital and technology literacy to aid planning and control in a volatile global environment.
- Be equipped with the principles and methods of research for responsible investigation from an applied perspective in management and business.
- Understand business issues to acquire disciplinary and interdisciplinary skills to solve problems in the respective local, regional and global environments.
- Develop skills and judgment to make ethical decisions in complex business situations by understanding and demonstrating the sound business principles, needs, and goals of different stakeholders in diverse cultures.
- Acquire critical thinking skills by observation, analysis, interpretation, reflection, evaluation, inference, and explanation to conclude.
- Attain professional skills in written, verbal, and nonverbal communication tailor-made to the needs of different stakeholders consistent with mindful listening, empathy, and reliability.
- Acquire intrapersonal and interpersonal skills and cognitive abilities to work effectively with others in diverse environments.
- Develop an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to analyze problems in new ways, identify disruptive solutions to create sustainable growth and value.
