About Us
Department of Business Administration is a thriving department of the City University. Our mission is to develop professionals who will provide leadership in economics and commerce regionally. We have the competitive advantages in terms of the most important enablers of business: faculty and facilities. The core of our strength that drives the quality of our two programs: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). Our graduates have enjoyed tremendous success in their workplace and business, both in Bangladesh and abroad.Department of Business Administration has around 20 teaching staffs in the different categories ranges from Professor to Lectures (including 3 PhD and 2 PhD fellows) and 3 support staffs to assist the teaching staffs. Currently Department has approximately over 600 students from different geographical location across the globe.
Moreover, there are ample opportunities for part-time jobs and internship placement facilities for the students to the different sponsor’s partner organizations including banks, financial institutions, garments and pharmaceutical companies, etc. our ex-students have been immensely benefited from the real-life experience gathered throughout his academic life in CU.
